TVXQ's Changmin is good at darts
On the February 6th broadcast of Japanese variety show "Music Japan", TVXQ's Yunho and Changmin faced off in a game of darts. Prior to the game, they two were asked by the host about their birthdays and the tradition of drinking seaweed soup on one's birthday.
Host: "Yunho just turned 25 on February 6th, and Changmin will turn 23 on the 18th. Happy birthday!"
TVXQ: "Thanks."
Host: "How do you guys spend your birthdays?"
Yunho: "I spend it with friends and family."
Changmin: "Also, the staff."
Host: "Is there a special way of celebrating birthdays in Korea?"
Yunho: "Isn't there seaweed soup?"
Changmin: "Ahhh. Mothers go through a lot of hardship giving birth. While doing so, they lose a lot of blood. Therefore, because seaweed soup is good for the blood and body..."
Yunho: "Since it's good for the body, we give it to them."
Host: "So you drink seaweed soup on your birthday?"
Yunho: "Yes, we drink it. I sometimes make it myself, but I am not good at cooking."
Host: "To celebrate their birthdays, let's have a party! Since we heard you both like darts, we've prepared a darts match!"
Host: "You will both take turns throwing one dart each. Whoever has the highest score after throwing three darts each is the winner. Do you both like darts?"
Changmin: "I haven't played in a while, but Yunho is better than me."
Host: "Oh, Yunho is good at darts?"
Yunho: "No, no, I'm not that good at it."
Host: "Very well, let's begin. First will be Changmin."
Yunho: "Changmin is athletic."
Host: "Changmin, what are you aiming for?"
Changmin: "The center."
Host: "His arms are long. The distance has shortened."
Changmin: "Here I go." (Ends up hitting nothing and gets a 0)
Yunho: "Wow, so good."
Host: "So 0 points. Are you feeling a bit more at ease now?"
Yunho: "Oh, they've realized." (Ends up getting 4 points)
Changmin: "Ah, 4 points. I'm still okay." (Throws his second dart, gets another 0)
Host: "He did get the center." (Dart lands in the center of the 0)
Yunho: "He really knows about variety shows."
Host: "We still don't know who will win."
(Yunho throws his 2nd dart and gets 18 points)
Host: "This is already the 2nd dart. Changmin, what are you going to do?"
Changmin: "I think I'm still going to aim for the center."
Host: "If he hits the center, we still won't know who will win."
Changmin: "Here I go!" (Hits the inner ring and triples his score)
Yunho: "Great job! From the start, he was planning to do this."
Host: "So he was just practicing."
Yunho: "You're really good at acting."
Changmin: "I lied about aiming for the center."
Host: "Yunho?"
Yunho: "I'm aiming for the center." (Ends up getting 12 points)
Host: "Therefore, Yunho has a total of 34 points, while Changmin has 60 points. So Changmin wins! What a turn of events!"
Changmin: "As planned, I've won."
After having fun on the set playing darts, the two performed "Why (Keep Your Head Down)".
