Official statement of JYJ on their lawsuit against SME on August 3, 2009

Now, as we have said before, Anti-rumor Tactics and Monitory Division from DC TVXQ Gallerys purpose is to clear JYJs names from this mudslinging fight that started almost two years ago. But let us not forget the main issue in the midst of this mess.
The main issue is the unfairness of the SMEs exclusive contract with TVXQs five members, Junsu, Yuchun, Jaejoong, Yoonho, and Changmin.
Among the five, only three of the members, Jaejoong, Yuchun, and Junsu has had the courage to bring this injustice to the court to set it straight. There are people who twist their words around in this statement to argue that this is their declaration of secession from TVXQ. But if you read these words carefully, you will see it for yourself, not only are they expressing their sincere desire to keep TVXQ as one, but they also talk about the most fundamental issues of this lawsuit.
