I might have remembered some of this in the wrong order, but I'll try my best to mention what I do remember. ^^
After sighting Nakai, we continued waiting at the lift lobby, hoping that some other members might come down too. We didn't have to wait wait long before Kimura and Goro suddenly emerged out of the elevators with a group of around 8 other people in suits (security and managers Ogawa and Miyabe). The security were strict in keeping people from getting too close to the two, but they allowed us to follow a few meters behind. We tried to keep as quiet as possible and fought the temptation to take any pictures in hope that they would let us continue following them if we didn't cause any trouble.
They walked into the mall, and first entered a store selling suitcases. The security guards standing outside would prevent any fans from entering the store while they were inside, so we watched from a distance outside. Kimura and Goro looked through the suitcases together while chatting with each other casually. There was a moment when Goro suddenly stopped, stared at the store front glass from inside the store, and briefly adjusted his hair with the reflection.
Goro actually stopped looking at the suitcases after a short while, and began loitering outside the store while using his cellphone (black foldable). Kimura bought a silver-colored hard suitcase, paid for it by credit card, and the huge box was handed to Miyabe to carry. I think the box was eventually passed to Ogawa to carry back to the hotel, but I didn't notice when.
After the suitcase store, they entered a limited edition shoe store. They spent quite a long time in this one, and once more Goro stopped looking at the merchandise pretty quickly and began sitting idly around watching while Kimura continued to shop. I think Kimura bought a pair of shoes, but I didn't notice which. peihong's post about the shoes he bought should be accurate? It was during this time that the crowd waiting outside was swelling in size as people began calling their friends, and random passerbys joined in.
After the shoe store, they went up an escalator, and we were stopped by the security guards from boarding below. I think the guys saw what was happening, and Kimura gave us a quick wave which resulted in a short spate of squeals. We were allowed to board the escalator after they had walked some distance ahead. They next headed to a bag store, although I couldn't see much of what went on inside as most of the shop front was covered with wooden planks. I think Goro bought a bag here though, as he was carrying a paper bag on his shoulder when they left the store.
At this time, the crowd had grown rather huge (around 25 people?), and I think we were attracting quite a bit of attention with our bizarre procession of two guys surrounded by 8 suited bodyguards, and a crowd of girls a few metres behind. I can't remember when exactly it happened, but Kimura and Goro suddenly turned around in their tracks and began walking in the opposite direction, and the group of fans behind parted to let them pass through. I think the fans were pretty well-behaved, but the group was getting too big, and to shake us off, the security led the guys into an entrance to the resort casino. Over here, locals need to pay a 100 dollar levy to enter the casino, so we couldn't follow them into the place. (I think they would have refused us entry anyway even if we were willing to pay the amount XD) So we headed back to the lift lobby in hope of catching them on the return, but we never saw them entering the elevators. They probably took some VIP route back to their rooms.
Those were the two major SMAP sightings I had; I think some people managed to see Goro, Tsuyoshi and Nakai on the night of the first day (Goro and Tsuyoshi seemed to have gone out and returned together), and Shingo earlier on the second day. I didn't get to see Shingo or Tsuyoshi up close, but I'm more than satisfied with what I experienced today. Thank the smappie gods for this sudden great surprise!
