However theres another thing. Its the existence of the popular WGM panel. In season 1 all the casts were also the panels, along with Lee Hyuk Jae, Lee Hwi Jae and Kim Won Hee who did a great job. On the other hand we can see WGMs darkest days on season 1.5 when there was no panel at all.
We saw WGM started to gain popularity and the panel was effective again in season 2, and the biggest contribution was given by 2AMs Seul Ong and Jin Woon. If it was not because of the two of them, the panel would not be so stable. So, considering the main subjects and relations, I am going to explain why these two were the best, and I will also talk a bit about the panel system.
- Theres nobody who knows the members well
The thing that made 2AM outstanding was their personal connections. When Seul Ong and Jin Woon were part of the panel, at least one of them was closely related to someone in each couple, be it Ga In - Jo Kwon, Jung Yong Hwa - Seo Hyun, or Nickhun - Victoria.

Seul Ong gave detailed information and additional explanation about Jo Kwon and Nickhun. Moreover, because Seul Ong is a close friend of Ga In, so he can also provide some behind story about Ga In, naturally being nosy and interfered the relationship between the couple.

Thats why Jin Woon could provide some information about Seo Hyun, could naturally be the bridge between Jung Yong Hwa and Seo Hyun even though he acted jealous inside.
Nowadays theres no one like that in WGM panel. When 2PMs Junho appeared, although he did provide some information about Nickhun, he could not comment about the other couple and only acted as an observer to Jung Yong Hwa and Seo Hyun. CN Blues members as panel were also the same.
However there was someone who knows those two couples, Luna. Although she once appeared as a member of the panel and although she had quick reaction and interfered, theres still something lacking.
- Quick reaction and good interference, but not enough information
The panel is indispensable in WGM. Actually WGM panel do not have a huge amount of air time in the show. We can safely say that they may have close to 5 minutes altogether. So when the camera is turned toward them, facial expressions, reactions and comments are very important.
Now, after Seul Ong and Jin Woon left, theres no one in the panel who has such quick reaction. Theres no one who can watch the show and who can provide funny reactions such as nodding in sympathy or exclaiming in surprise.
Sometimes Park Mi Sun and Kim Jung Min give some comments and the other members nodded to show either their happiness or envy. Of course it is good to be so attentive and well-mannered, but WGM panel is not only asked to sit tight and watch the show. They have to provide some information, show some reaction when they are having fun and deliver great stories.
Seul Ong and Jin Woon were excellent in this matter. Their reaction was huge. When Jung Yong Hwa and Seo Hyun first appeared, Jin Woon showed his jealousy well, Seul Ong teased him about it and they gave off pleasant feelings to the viewers.
When Victoria and Nickhun appeared, when Victoria showed some of her good sides, Seul Ong shouted, Victoria~~~~. He expressed himself as an envious man so naturally.
It is a problem if there is no one who has such quick reaction and sense of entertainment in the panel. We can see the importance of Seul Ongs character during YongSeo Couples wedding filming, how the atmosphere was different between when CN Blue appeared as best men and when Seul Ong - Na Young came to participate.

Nowadays, just like how We Got Married lost its comical element, members in the panel who have no comical sense and only listen quietly will only damage WGM. It will be great if they can look for someone who knows the two couples well and who can give good reaction.
Personally I would like to recommend Super Juniors Eun Hyuk because he is nicknamed entertainment-dol, he is good with reaction, and he also knows Victoria and Seo Hyun. In last weeks episode, Nickhun - Victoria could simply end their segment romantically, but Eun Hyuk got nosy and we got to see a different side of Victoria and Nickhuns stunned confusion.
Anyway, it will be good for WGM if they quickly find a stable member in the panel. Of course we are well aware of the huge empty space left by Jo Kwon - Ga In, the Adam Couple, but Seul Ong and Jin Woon who left along with them left a quite an empty space as well.
Come to think of it, it looks like 2AM is the ones who can revive WGM. Cant 2AM be brought back as the panel in WGM?
