[110427] 2AM, beat Big Bang and got #1 on Hong Kong weekly chart, “Asia ballad sensation”
Ballad idols 2AM rose to #1 on Hong Kong album chart.
2AM’s “Saint O’clock”, which was released in Hong Kong on April 15th, rose to #1 on Hong Kong’s HMV “K/J-POP” weekly chart. 2AM’s local distributor, Universal Hong Kong, stated, “Big Bang has been on the #1 spot for the last 6 weeks, and now 2AM is #1.”
Big Hit Entertainment stated, “The news that 2AM got #1 before their full-scale Asia promotion is much more meaningful. 2AM will be visiting 6 countries in Asia, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, and they will be doing promotions and performances.”
2AM is off to The Philippines on 27th April to kick off their tour.
