ดูแลตัวเองค่ะ ดูทุกอย่างไปพร้อมๆกัน คนวัยเท่าเราคือเป็นผู้ใหญ่แล้ว คนจะไม่ค่อยเว้นวรรคให้เวลาเราพลาด มีพื้นที่ให้เข้าใจน้อยแล้ว แล้วก็ไม่อยากให้มีทัศนคติว่าอายุมากขึ้นจะต้องเสื่อมถอย สำหรับแอนยิ่งโตก็ยิ่งพอใจกับชีวิตนะ เราอ่านอะไรออกมากขึ้น เข้าใจอะไรมากขึ้น โลกก็เห็นมามากพอสมควร ไม่อยากให้มองว่าต้องเด็กเท่านั้นที่จะดี จะใช่ จะเจ๋งตลอดเวลา ทุกวัยมีข้อดีข้อเสียของตัวเอง อย่าพูดว่า...โอ๊ย ฉันแก่จัง ไม่อยากให้ใครพูดเรื่องอายุ...ไม่นะ เราดูดีได้ในวัยของเราถ้าได้ดูแลตัวเองดีพอ
I take care myself, taking care everything at the same time. The humans of my age are adults. People will hardly give a space for our mistakes. There is also less space for understanding our doings. And dont want people have the attitude that getting older will be falling apart. As for me, the more I grow up, the more Im satisfied with my life. I read things more, understand things deeper. Ive seen the world much more enough. Dont want people look that only the young is good, is the one to go, and cool all the time. Every age has its own strength as well as weakness. Dont say that
Oh! Im old, I dont want other people talk about the age
Oh no, we can be looked great at our age, if we take care ourselves enough.
