[fan acct] 13 August - Busan before and after The Best Show by huhuhuhu @ rain-cloud.co.kr 2011-08-17 13 August was a very special day for me and my friends. By sheer luck and fate we saw our prince sitting on a patio chair outside OPS (a patisserie) while we were in a taxi on our way to VIPS for lunch. Of course we made a detour and got off. In order not to disturb him, we chose the farthest table. Our prince was enjoying his sandwich lunch with his friends and their daughter. He was surrounded by tables with people, but he seemed quite relaxed, tapping his toes every now and then, playing with the little girl, chatting to the girl’s mother, taking the mobile phone passed to him by the girl’s father. It was a sunny hot afternoon, and just a couple of hours before the first concert. Seeing our prince enjoying some leisure time gave such a cozy, homely feeling. As I sat and watch, I wish one day I could see him again like this, but with his own family, his own wife and daughter. We were having a very good side view of our prince until a grandma appeared and occupied the table right next to our prince and signaled her clan over. Our prince seemed amused by the grandparents, their son/daughter in laws, and their grandchild. He watched them and smiled as he saw them enjoying their family meal. We weren’t so amused though, the grandma blocked part of our sight and our prince also turned his chair so that he didn’t expose too much to that family. As a result, we have to enjoy the sexy back of our prince most of the time and noticed his grey underwear^^ But every now and then our prince would turn around to check what’s going on. He was still quite alert with people surrounding him. We therefore decided not to take any photos and just enjoyed being “together” with him. Some Korean fans or passers by saw our prince and started to ask for his autograph. So we decided to follow suit. I will report for my friend what happened to her. She gave her passport to our prince, who told her in English that he couldn’t do it on passports. She really had nothing, so she took out a piece of paper printed with her Interpark ticket information on one side and scribbles of numbers on the other. Our prince looked at it, but decided to sign on it anyway, and casually asked her when she arrived Busan. My friend was either too nervous standing so close to our prince or was totally taken away by this sudden question that she answered “Hong Kong”. And here my friend was really touched by our prince’s sincerity. Our prince asked casually, but it didn’t mean he treated fans lightly. He said “no, no, no”, he told her he asked when she arrived, and when he’s pleased with her answer, he even added “Good Luck” on top of his signature for her. Encouraged by this, my friend asked to shake hands with our prince after she got her autograph. The position was not right but our prince offered his left hand. My friend was very proud that she had the extra words, the conversation and the handshake. Her only regret was that she didn’t had the chance to tell our prince that her English wasn’t that crap that she didn’t understand his question. She was just too mesmerized. After some time our prince decided to leave. And here our prince showed how good a husband he could be – he helped the lady clean up the table! And a good father he definitely will be – he walked out to the pavement, holding out his arm, signaling the little girl to go with her. But she ignored that and ran away with her scooter. Our prince probably did not expect that, and we found it very amusing seeing his tall back right in front of us with his arms out for a few seconds. We then noticed he’s in such good shape. He has strong arms, broad shoulders, but his waist is very slim. He looked so cool and chic in the simple tee and jeans. They walked towards a car parked on the pavement and for some reason our prince stood there for quite a while (it turned out all of them were waiting for the girl, who probably went to return the scooter). Since he was now quite far away I decided to take a picture for our memory. Hope you could find him in the photos I attached. Will also show you the autograph I got. I was actually the best prepared – I carried with me my 625 notebook!
Our prince was sitting at the very far end of the table facing the street. Photo was taken after he's gone
I will skip the concert for the time being. Loads of fan cams and photos are available already. I took some clips during the encore the second night (under encouragement by our prince ^^). I hope I could find out a way to edit and upload them later. Now to the again totally unexpected encounter after the concert. We were not able to find any taxi to go to the place we wanted to go for dinner. After much hassle we decided to give up, and our Korean friends took us to a Japanese restaurant nearby BEXCO for a late meal. A Korean restaurant and the Japanese restaurant were adjacent to each other. When we arrived, we saw our prince’s security manager sitting alone on the patio of the Korean restaurant. Clearly he was waiting for someone who’s still having dinner inside. We decided not to change our plan. One couldn’t be too greedy, and we wanted to let our prince enjoy his meal. But we had a quick bite and then sat on our side of the patio and waited. There were many false alarms. We saw his dancers, staff and other customers going in and out, but no sight of our prince. Meanwhile more fans gathered around the place and the security manager probably had other plans. He maneuvered a number of cars. They moved up, went away, went to the underground car park etc. But as long as he was around, we were around too. And then we saw our prince’s father come out of the restaurant. We thought he bowed to us when he saw the crowd, but actually he was just trying to put on his shoes. A white van was waiting for him on the road side, but he didn’t get in the car. Instead he walked away from the van into the street, and returned after a short distance to get into the van and was driven away – probably back to the hotel. The white van did not return. And someone told us that our prince had already left. We decided to wait until we see the security manager leave. Later we saw a black benz and we knew our prince was still inside. Our patience was rewarded with the sight of our prince coming out of the restaurant. He tucked his cap even lower as he walked out together with a man, but didn’t seem unhappy seeing the crowd outside. We called out “Great show”. He smiled and nodded and within seconds he was inside the car. I had a very blurred photo – he was so close - I wasn’t prepared. Prince coming out. He's not drunk, I was, probably, by the sight of him, and therefore my hand was not steady
Sorry, another long one – I am too carried away.
