1. They both love their vans.
First up, Dokko Jin. He loves his van and is super protective of it. When an unknown celebrity (by his standard) touches it, he chases her away by throwing tissue at her and asking her to clean his vehicle. He also uses a rolled up poster to push her away from inside his car. He also habitually just gives autographs to anyone who gives him a writing surface be it a a hand or a scarf. (Unconventional but hey, hes a star!)
As for Hwang Tae Kyung, he too loves his van. He cant stand the smell of perfume and treats Yoo He Yis used tissue as trash. (Well it is trash, but probably someone like Jeremy (Lee Hong Ki) would have treated it like gold and sold it on eBay.) He keeps his car as clean as possible as well, and sends Yoo He Yi off on her way.
Looking at the evidence, it is possible that Dokko Jin and Hwang Tae Kyung come from the same company, and were educated on van-cleanliness-etiquette.
2. A Safety First Mentality
Dokko Jin: He tries to keep his heart beat between 60-90. He even talks to his heart saying My heart shall not beat so fast and lightly. Aside from being a control freak, he is trying to stay in a safe zone for his heart, as over-exerting it could cause some health problems for him.
Hwang Tae Kyung: He never goes anywhere near an accident. He declared Go Mi Nam as an accident-prone zone because she threw up on him after drinking, spat on him to extinguish a candle light, even ended up on top of a moving truck and jumped on him like a soft mat. He quotes Youre bad luck. I should avoid you.
From the above evidence, it now appears that Dokko Jin and Hwang Tae Kyung are brothers. They must have been raised by strict parents.
3. Self-Centeredness
Yeah no kidding.
Dokko Jin: His favorite line is Im Dokko Jin.
Hwang Tae Kyung: He always points to a display advertisement of himself and says, Thats the kind of person I am! while looking down on others.
From their manner of speech it appears they have the same values, and might have an apprentice/master relationship in the celebrity world.
4. Similar Expressions of Love
Dokko Jin: He likes someone, but then says, Im so ashamed. Although he has a safety-first mentality, he isnt afraid to get adventurous when expressing his love.
Hwang Tae Kyung: He likes Go Mi nam, but says that shes a liability.
