นางเอกตัวจริง
ถ้าความเหมือนของชีวิต แอน ทองประสม กับเทพนิยายคือตอนจบที่สุขสมหวัง ทั้วเรื่องการงาน ความรัก และการดำเนินชีวิต แต่ต่างกันตรงที่เธอสร้างทุกอย่างขึ้นมาจากสองมือ และความสามารถของตัวเอง จึงไม่แปลกที่ได้รับการยกย่องให้เป็น นางเอกตัวจริง ในวงการบันเทิง
แอนรักงานแสดงมาตั้งแต่อายุ 11 จนปัจจุบันอายุ 35 แล้ว ซึ่งถ้าย้อนไปดูผลงานชิ้นไฮไลท์จะแบ่งออกเป็นหลายช่วง เริ่มจากละครเรื่อง "หมูแดง" ทางช่อง 7 ที่ถือเป็นการเปิดตัวแอนครั้งแรกในฐานะนางเอกหน้าใหม่ ซึ่งกระแสตอบรับดีมาก หลังจากนั้นพอตัดสินใจย้ายมาช่อง 3 มีผลงานที่ทำให้ชื่อเสียงแอนถึงจุดพีคสุดๆคือเรื่อง "สองนรี" รับบทฝาแฝดเป็นโรคฮีสทีเรีย เรียกว่าสวนกระแสนางเอกมากๆ เพราะยุคนั้นไม่ค่อยมีใครกล้าเสี่ยงรับบทแรงๆแบบนี้ จากนั้นก็เรื่อง "สายรุ้ง" ของพี่ดา หทัยรัตน์ อมตวณิชย์ ซึ่งเป็นการตอกย้ำว่า งานแสดงของแอนทุกเรื่องใช้ฝีมือล้วนๆ พอเป็นที่รู้จักในวงกว้าง ชื่อเสียงเริ่มทรงตัวมาเรื่อยๆ แล้วมาพีคอีกทีตอนเล่นเรื่อง "อุ้มรัก" "สวรรค์เบี่ยง" และ "สูตรเสน่หา"
จากวันแรกจนถึงการเป็นแอน ทองประสม ทุกวันนี้ เพราะมหาชนให้การต้อนรับอย่างดี แอนมองว่าตัวเองโชคดี ที่มีลุคเข้ากับคนง่าย เมื่อสารเคมีตรงกัน พอเขาดูละครที่แอนเล่นจึงรู้สึกอิน"

The genuine Nang-ek
If Ann Thongprasoms life likes that of the fairy tales , it will be the finale with a happy ending, including job success, good love and good continuing life. But the difference between her life and fairy tale is that she had built everything from both hands and her own ability. So, its not surprising that she has been praised to be the genuine nang-ek in entertainment industry.
I loved acting since I was 11 until now my age is 35 and if looking back to my highlight pieces, they were divided into several periods of time beginning with lakorn titled Moo Daeng in channel 7 which was my debut as the new Nang-ek, this lakorn was getting astounding rating all over the country. Back then, when I decided to move to channel 3, my works that made my reputation reach the peak were Song Naree which I got the role of twin sister who was sick of hysteria, saying that it reversed trend of Nang-ek pretty much because at that time people scarcely took risk to play this slut role, then, lakorn Sai Rung of PDa Hathairat Amatavanij. This emphasized that every acting work of mine needs entire acting skills. When I have been widely known, my reputation becomes stable until peak again after playing Oom Rak, Sawan Biang and Soot Saneha.
From the first day until presently being Ann Thongprasom, because I have been received very well by the people. I look that Im lucky having the look of getting along with other people very easily. When the chemistry was matched, they felt in when watching lakorn I was playing.
