เรียนให้ทราบว่า Megaupload case มี chilling effect มากค่ะ ไซต์ดังต่อไปนี้ไม่เปิดระบบ sharing แล้ว

Megaupload - closed
Fileserve - Deleting multiple files, closed affiliate programs, deleting accounts even premium and paid ones
Filesonic - (Owned by Fileserve) Deleting multiple files No longer allowing links to be shared, access to only personal files
Filejungle - (Owned by Fileserve) Deleting multiple files, testing out blocking IPs
UploadStation - (Owned by Fileserve) Deleting multiple files, testing out blocking IPs
VideoBB - Deleting content, closed affiliate program
Uploaded.to Not available in U.S. anymore, banning US IPs
Filepost - Started suspending accounts with infringing material (doing what Hotfile did), deleting multiple files, hosted in the US so they are more likely to give up account/IPs
Megashares - Deleting multiple files
Rapidshare - Has begun deleting files, but they are much slower than others and may not necessarily be related to this scare, just general house cleaning
Videozer - Deleting multiple files
ส่วนไซต์ดังต่อไปนี้ยังปกติอยู่แต่หนาว ๆ ร้อน หากมีโอกาสจะเขียนภาคต่อเรื่องกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาออนไลน์เกี่ยวข้องกับ Megaupload มาให้ทราบต่อไป
