Hyun Bin and Kang Dong Won make a surprise appearance in The King Two Hearts
On the March 21 episode of MBCs The King Two Hearts, Kim Hang Ah, played by Ha Ji Won, a female military officer from North Korean army, visits to South Korea to take part in the international military officer mass meeting.
Hnag Ah is a legendary figure in North Korea as a competent military officer, but also an old maid who is eagerly thirsty for happy marriage. However her ingrained tough, militant habits prevent her from appealing to men and make her frequently turned down.
In this situation, Hang Ah cannot help but being excited about good-looking South Korean stars imprinted on large-size electronic display boards: Kang Dong Won, Hyun Bin, Jo In Sung and Rain. As we still remember the romantic couple of Ha Ji Won and Hyun Bin in Secret Garden, her enthusiastic response toward the photos as Hang Ah made viewers burst into big laughs.
She made mention of Hyun Bin to her military colleagues by saying, I heard he joined the army a year ago. I think we can have the great chance to meet him in person as the same soldiers.
Aside from Hyun Bin, Ha Ji Won also played in drama series and films together with Jo In Sung and Kang Dong Won.
AGB Nielsens TV audience ratings showed on March 22 that the March 21 episode of The King Two Hearts achieved 16.2% of the viewing audience, the largest among its rivals.
