[Please read: Rumours about all Yoochun's cf offers being rejected were circulated within k-fandom yesterday and many fans were anxious to know of the validity in the rumour. Major Yoochun fansites gathered to discussed and decided that they will personally contact C-JeS. The notice posted by the fan union is a conclusion and summary C-JeS' response. Unlike what is spreading in i-fandom, nothing in the notice is malicious in nature and there is no rumours of JYJ and Jaejoong in particular being spread by Korean Yoochun sites through this notice. I hope this translation serves as a clarification to the misunderstanding that Korean Yoochun sites had spread rumours about Jaejoong over the CF issue.]

Park Yoochun Fansite Union Notice
In response to the rumours spread last night regarding Yoochun's individual commercials, we have contacted an official from C-JeS Entertainment (hereafter C-JeS' official).
1. Firstly, issues regarding Yoochun's individual commercials
Regarding the commercial incident, leaving out the parts that cannot be disclosed, we will talk only about the most important parts.
Firstly, C-JeS' official acknowledged the fact that there were many commercial proposals for Park Yoochun.
Next, there is indeed a problem regarding the cause of topic, but due to the sensitive nature, it cannot be disclosed, on behalf of the company, C-JeS' official wishes for fans' understanding.
The cause for cancellation of Park Yoochun's individual commercials will not happen in the future.
We have also clearly expressed to C-JeS that this incident has elicited a huge reaction among Park Yoochun fandom and stated our stand that we will continue to pay close attention to C-JeS' actions.
2. Regarding elimination of malicious rumours and antis
We expressed towards C-JeS' official that there has been antis spreading malicious rumours targeting Park Yoochun and C-JeS' official acknowledged that adequate actions have not been taken to address the various slanders.
As such, if the situation of antis' activities worsen, C-JeS' official promised that forceful actions will be taken.
Also, regarding the rumours targeted at Park Yoochun spread by "fan bodies" with the intention to break up JYJ fandom, we will hand over captures of evidences to C-JeS and await their responses.
