120623 [NEWS] MBLAQ’s Mir Says Fans Even Come to Find His Hometown (Interview)
MBLAQ’s Mir has revealed fans even come to his hometown to meet with his family in Jeollanam-do.
Recently in an interview with enews he said, “My fans even come to my hometown house. My parents told me they even cook ramen for those fans country way, we can’t just send away a person who came all that way.”
Mir is the son of a farmer. Even today Mir’s parents operate an apple farm and raise goats as well.
Mir, whose real name is Bang Chul Yong, stated in a past television show appearance, “Our house property has eight mountains. Recently our family started growing mountain ginseng.” Even in his school reports, it was written, ‘He was exhausted from helping his father in the orchards.”
Mir added, “In my hometown, there’s not that many homes. If you go and ask about ,’Bang Chul Yong’s house,’ they will point you right away to my house. I’ve made my hometown famous,” he said with a laugh.
He revealed, “Even the governor bought liquor for my father. In my hometown, everyone knows my house.”
Mir’s second sister is the well-known Go Eun Ah. His eldest sister is also the spouse of Mir’s Agency’s head, Jo Dong Won, the head of J Tunes Camp. The son and daughters of a farmer have become established figures in the celebrity world.
Mir said, “More than my sisters, I am Now everyone who knows MBLAQ knows about my hometown.”
On June 30, MBLAQ will kick off its Asia tour in Jakarta, Indonesia and move through six different cities in the BLAQ% Tour.
