4F. If you use the Embeddable Player on your website, you may not modify, build upon, or block any portion or functionality of the Embeddable Player, including but not limited to links back to the YouTube website.
ในเบื้องต้นเรายังไม่ทราบว่าตัว Flash ที่ใช้ในการโหลดวีดีโอจาก YouTube มานั้นมีส่วนประกอบของ Embeddable Player อย่างเป็นทางการของ YouTube หรือไม่ ซึ่งหากใช่การแก้ไขหน้าตาและทำให้ไม่มีลิงก์ไปยังหน้าวีดีโอต้นฉบับที่ YouTube อาจเป็นการขัดต่อข้อตกลงการให้บริการข้อ 4F หรือหากทางแกรมมี่ได้พัฒนาโปรแกรม Flash ขึ้นมาเอง ก็อาจเป็นการขัดข้อตกลงการให้บริการข้อ 4A เช่นเดียวกัน
นอกจากนี้ การมีโฆษณาของแกรมมี่แทรกก่อนหน้าวีดีโอ อาจเข้าข่ายที่เป็นการขัดข้อตกลงการให้บริการข้อ 4D แต่อย่างไรก็ตามทั้งหมดทั้งมวลอาจขึ้นอยู่กับการตีความข้อตกลงการให้บริการดังกล่าว และสามารถถือเป็นการใช้งานอย่างถูกต้องได้หากแกรมมี่ได้มีการขออนุญาต และได้รับอนุญาตจากทาง YouTube อย่างเป็นทางการ
