ด้านหนังภาคสอง “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” มีกำหนดฉาย 13 ธันวาคมปี 2013 ส่วนภาคจบ “The Hobbit: There and Back Again” จะเข้าฉายวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคมปี 2014
