From Medela Customer Service Thank you for contacting Medela. To receive a replacement motor, please provide us with the serial number of the breast pump. It is located near the battery compartment, under the bar code. It starts with the letter F.
It's possible that we may need you to send the motor unit back to Medela, depending on the serial number. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email if we require you to send the motor back to Medela. We are able to ship within the US only.
Please also provide us with the following information:
Telephone number Date of purchase Baby's date of birth Date incidents occurred Date began using Purchased from Daily use frequency
It is part of the warranty process to obtain a copy of the original sales receipt or any other documentation showing the date of purchase. You can email the information upon your reply.

Question/Comment: I observed that my pump had many small black particle in battery compartment . It was look came from battery part ,so I tried to clean it by clean wipe but it did not help.
