That is not a good idea.
Your kid should eat at the table like others in family in the same time.
Bring him to buy some nice plates, spoons and glasses what he likes. Buy some cook books and ask him what he would like to have and then cook it together. When you finish with cooking, ask him to choose plate himself, which one he would like to have food on today. Let him eat himself, dont feed him.
If he dont eat or just a little amount, just tell him that if he is hungry later he has to wait until the next meal time.
No sweet, snack and not too much milk. Let him plays and use his energy, then he gets hungry.
