Do you mean cucumber pickles? cucumber pickels 1/2 lb cucumbers 2-3 teaspoon dill seed or 4-6 heads fresh dill. 1 teaspoon mustard seed 1 and 3/4 cups water 3/4 cup cider vinegar 1 tablespoon pickling salt Throughly rinse cucumbers. Remove stems and cut off a slice from each blossom end. pack cucumbers loosely in to a hot, sterilized quart jar, leaving a 1/2 inch headspace. Add dill and mustard seed. Make a brine by combining water, vinegar, and salt. Bring to boiling. Pour hot brine over cucumbers, leaving a 1/2 inch headspace. Adjust lid. Process in a boiling water canner for 15 mins. Let stand 1 week before opening . sorry I can't type in Thai.
