มีดังนี้ค่ะ *strawberry heart* 250g(8oz) strawberries,hulled and chopped 30g(1oz) icing sugar 250g(8oz) ricotta cheese 155ml(5fl oz) double cream 2 tspn powdered gelatine 60ml (2fl oz)freshly squeezed orange juice ************ 1.Combine strawberries, icing sugar, ricotta and cream in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. 2.Dissolve gelatin in orange juice.Add to strawberry mixer; process for just long enough to mix. 3.Lighty grease four heart-shaped mould.Carefully line with damp muslin. Spoon in mixture, taking care to fill and corners. Refrigerate until set. Unmould ricotta hearts onto a serving dish, removing muslin. *serves 4 อร่อยแล้วบอกกันมั่งนะ
