Rock Oyster Serve Hot @ Doyles, Sydney

It was early June when I was there.

I heard that it does not rain so often in Sydney.

I am such a lucky girl who was there when it was raining 4 out of 5 days.

Anyway, let's see what was the most delicious thing i ate in Syney.

We were at Doyles, Circular Quay.

There are at Watson's Bay (the first branch aged hundred years, that's what i heard), Bank Street, and Circular Quay.

We were on the second floor.

The glass window wall to let guests see the beautiful view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

The Opera House as the view on the right hand side. They also have outdoor seats.

The staffs were very friendly.

Here we go .............

The most delicious meal in Sydney for me.

It is called "Supreme Oyster". It was so delicious.

It is oyster topped with avocado, prawns, bechamel sauce, and tasty cheese.

That sauce is so perfect. It is a tip of spicy. The oysters were so fresh. I am not a big fan of cheese. BUT when it came with those oysters...................I just wanted more.

We ordered Pol Rose Champagne. It goes perfectly with those oysters.

Finished in few minutes........I really want to have those again.

It was beautiful view with so delicious oysters and chilled Rose champagne with my boyfriend.

OH !! It was just Aw Arai Ma Lak Koh Mai Yom ka.

Not only look good na ka also very tasty ka.

I also tried Thai food at Spice i am. I ordered Larb Moo. The Moo was very stinky and spoiled. P' staff said it is usual here. The Moo is new but it smells like that.

So, they changed to Larb Kai for me. Very good service ka. They were really sorry.

I felt like I am so in love with my life.
