Sorry I do not have Thai font in my computer. I am Thai currently living in the U.S. I make my own salad dressing almost every day. It's quite simple and quick (my own recipe).
Ingredients and method:
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of honey A pinch of salt ¼ teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper 1 teaspoon of Grey Poupon (country style) mustard 1 teaspoon of mints shallot 1 tablespoon of mints fresh herb (I use sweet basil) 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Mixed all ingredients (except for olive oil) with wire whisk until well combined then slowly add olive oil while continue whisking until the dressing emulsify.
I typically do not measure my cooking -- you may adjust the ingredients to your taste. A good salad dressing should have a well balance between the acidity, sweet, saltiness, and refreshing taste. The general rule of thumb is one part acidity to two parts honey and 1 to 4 parts between acidity (one part) to oil (four parts).
