I have the spegetti sauce that pretty good and there are no after taste.
I only use fresh ingredient......
Tomato ................boil and peel off the skin........and chop in a very rough form.
in the wok.........put oil galic, onion fry till fragant.........add into all the chop tomato.
you have to add sugar otherwise the pure chop tomato alone will not tasted too good.
add on meat and musharoom(optional).
Some oregano.........bay leave. .......pepper ....salt to tasted.
put some red wine.............simmer for sometime till the sauce reduce to half and get thicker.
all the salt, pepper oregano and bay leave you put it in according to how much of the chop tomato you put in.
