With all due respect ccjn, you are way off in interpreting my concern about privacy issue. I didn't worry much about my own privacy because I'm fully aware that I can easily delete or censor my personal information in the email with Centel's executives. (No need for you to tell me that I can hide my email before posting. I'm not mentally challenged or anything, but thanks for your suggestion anyway.) My real concern lies in the fact that the way Centel deals with this incident is their own corporate internal issues and methods. If it was my own company, the issue I deal internally shouldn't be made public by someone else. Thus, I need to give them their right of privacy as well.
Besides, when I discussed my incident with Centel, the executives had informed me that they are well aware of the post in Pantip website about this issue and their employees have already translated the post for them. They also mentioned that they would like to extend their apologies toward the person that wrote this topic. With all these facts, I personally assume that Centel does have someone monitor the internet for the issue related to their hotels, and I believe that if they wanted to clarify their actions for this matter, they are fully capable of doing it here by themselves. That's why I reluctant to post the replied email from Centel's executives, of which was directly sent to me in private.
Lastly, I do sense some hypocrisy within you ccjn. You criticized me of mixing English words with Thai in my post, but I noticed that you were using quite a numbers of English words in your Thai comment as well. And according to you, that was uneasy for the eyes of people who read them. Therefore, next time please go easy on my eyes by deciding to use only one language, will you? ;) Cheers!
