You need to fight them and win,you are not running away from them and loose.
I used to have restaurant in BOSTON, Massachusetts ,U.S.A. for 5 years.
Then,moved to open in PORTLAND,Maine for 13 years until closed because my wife passed away and needed to take care 2 small sons.
Restaurant always has problems about employees,customers,equipments,supplies,electric,water,weather and the most important of all--money !!!!!
