I am in the U.S.A.with my 2 sons and cook SALTY FISH every week because SUNDAY morning is our KHAW TOM day and love it.
I put a little bit of oil in a deep dish and cover with PLASTIC WRAP.
Put plate in MICROWAVE and put in a cup of 2-3 pieces of half cut LIME or LEMON that squeezed the juice out along side.
Run microwave 3-5 minutes,depend on a size of SALTY FISH,
Also turn on suction fan or hood.
Spray kitchen with AIR REFRESHER ( suggest--LYSOL NEUTRA AIR OR FEBREZE,They kill odor better than other brands.)
LIME or LEMON oil that come out when heat will help get rid of strong smell first.
The rest of smell will get stop by air refresher and suction fan or hood.
It will leave only smell like someone has pass-gas.
Safe from all complain from next door neighbors and we have a good meal again.

ตอนเรียนเยอรมันอยู่แฟลต เคยทอดในห้องครัว เพื่อนบ้านออกมาโวยทั้งแฟลต กลิ่นมันตลบไปหมด
