I am a client of your first ever condo project, IDEO 17. Pls be informed that your team CAN NOT really deliver as what you sell.
Not to mention common facilities, first observation at my room is strongly unacceptable. 20 to 30+ defects reflects level of your professionalism in handling the project Q.C.
Worse, the real room does not turn out as your show room. Many points are changed without telling the clients. The most unaccpetable one is water tap at bathtub. In the showroom, it was on side wall which is very functional and sellable point that your salesforce have raised high expectation that client can enjoy watching TV while taking a bath...bra..bra..brah. BUT when you deliver, it was right on your head....which is not functional at all. So, i asked your team to move it as in the showroom. But the lady in charge told me it is impossible as it might caused future problems. I don't see any problem as it is just 1 foot away from the current position.
The point is you haven't tried your best before you feedback...you just want us to pay and deal with what you have given us.
The other thing which is very annoying is that your team is faraway from being professional and proactive in handling customer relation. The one and only time i got call that initiated by your team is to tell me get the money ready!! Every other single time, i have to initiate the call for following up...which is really not the way it should be. It's been 2 weeks after my first observation, seems like your team haven't do anything. On the appontment date for 2nd check up, no call. I have to do it and found out that nothing have happended...and i 'll have to wait...until further notice.
Also, i was unrestly called by the bank's salesperson for housing loan as your team at site have disclosed my personal cellphone number to them without asking for my permission. This is so very very unprofessional manner of protecting your client's personal information!
If this is the way you and your team is going to do the business, i would suggest that you should reconsider and stop selling other sites until you've made sure that you and your team can really DELIVER what you've promised.
Pls feedback this time. Would be highly appreciated.
