One common thing which direct to you, though it's small one, the road you are using that from your tax; very common.
You mentioned about bad investment, family matters. Well, is that the problem that taxpayers like me and the other people else, and government to bear that burdens for you. I believe that I do understand your feeling about the money you can save from tax reduction which it would be about 90k out of 300k, moreover it's only a couple of months more. However, it's the rules .. no it's the laws. As one comment metaphor as the red light situation, which it's about to turn red just a few second and you can't get ahead. It's frustrating, but you can't run red light. You can complain and feel annoying about it, but it's the laws to comply. Don't ask what the country does for you, what you do for the country!!! (You do pay tax for the country, that's good for you and the country!!! Be happy with it krub)
Both tax you said, it's stated clearly at the beginning when it will be ended. Transfer tax is not extended krub, it was stated to be ended by end Mar this year.
Why don't extend it to help people? Hmmm... Then it gotta extend it forever cuz people who buy properties this year is going to ask for extension next year. It will be never-ending. Then, why don't lower tax for good, as you said it should be ended one day; I'm sorry for you but it's already ended; it's the fact.
You still can buy LTF or insurrance to get tax reduction though those money gotta be frozen there for 4 years or more, but you got saving, tax reduction and probably profit out of those krub. That could be another option. Again, I do understand your feeling and feel sorry for your situation. However, I believe you can well manage your budget through the normal tax anyway.
