First of all Khun Manthdara, I'm sorry if I offended you or your institution in any way.
But I live in a country which encourage it's citizens to question authorities. I stil insist you that the recipe is way off.

You can put in your amount of fat/oils and click lye culculator. it will tell you the amount of lye you should use. The safe range is about 5-6% superfat. You recipe is still way off
This website is used by the soapmakers all around the world. They are not rocket scientist. They are ordinary people who know what they are doing.
Again, if NASA handed you down this recipe, I still have to question it's safety. Lye is not something to be messed with.
Enough said.
