With red, form an adjustable ring.

Rnd 2: ch 3, dc dec around, join. Fasten off.

Wafer
With tan, ch 12.  Working in rows, use sc throughout.  Sc tog on the sides on alternate rows.  Fasten off when there is 1 sc  left
