Beginning at the top of head and working down the body.
to start - use the magic adjustable ring and yellow yarn (Image 01)
Rd 1: Work 5 sc into the center of ring (5) = 5X
Rd 2: Work 2 sc in each st around (10) = 5V
Rd 3: * Sc in next st, work 2 sc in next st, repeat from * around (15) = XV*5
Rd 4: * Sc in next 2 sts, work 2 sc in next st, repeat from * around (20) = 2XV *5
Rd 5: * Sc in next 3 sts, work 2 sc in next st, repeat from * around (25) = 3XV*5
Rd 6: * Sc in next 4 sts, work 2 sc in next st, repeat from * around (30) = 4XV*5
Rd 7 - 10: Sc in each stitch around (30) = 30X
Decrease:
Rd 11: * Sc in next 4 sts, sc2tog, repeat from * around (25) = 4XA*5
Increase again:
Rd 12: * Sc in next 4 sts, work 2 sc in next st, repeat from * around (30) = 4XV*5
Rd 13: * Sc in next 5 sts, work 2 sc in next st, repeat from * around (35) = 5XV*5
Rd 14-17: Sc in each stitch around (35) = 35X
Start decreasing:
Rd 18: * Sc in next 5 sts, sc2tog, repeat from * around (30) = 5XA*5
Rd 19: * Sc in next 4 sts, sc2tog, repeat from * around (25) = 4XA*5
Rd 20: * Sc in next 3 sts, sc2tog, repeat from * around (20) = 3XA*5
Rd 21: * Sc in next 2 sts, sc2tog, repeat from * around (15) = 2XA*5
Rd 22: * Sc in next st, sc2tog, repeat from * around (10) = XA*5
