Row 5: Ch 1, sc in 1st st, 2 sc in next st; turn 3 sts.
Row 6: Repeat Row 4.
Row 7: Ch 1, sc in 1st st, 2 sc in next st, sc in next st; turn
4 sts.
Row 8: Ch 1, sc in 1st st, 2 sc in next st, sc in remaining
sts; turn 5 sts.
Row 9: Ch 1, sc in 1st 2 sts, 2 sc in next st, sc in
remaining sts; join with a slip st to first sc to form ring,
begin working in rounds 6 sts.
Round 10: * 2 sc in next st; repeat from * around 12 sts.
Round 11: * Sc in next st, 2 sc in next st; repeat from *
around 18 sts.
Round 12: * Sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next st; repeat from *
around 24 sts.
Round 13: Sc in each st around.

Join: Stuff Cone and Ice Cream. With A, sew together.
Sew Rows 1-9 of Ice Cream together lengthwise, curl
down and sew in place.
Cuff
With A, ch 5.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across; turn
4 sts.
Rows 2-28: Ch 1, working in back loops ONLY, sc in each
st across; turn.
Fasten off. Sew in place around top of Cone.
Weave in ends
