The 15 Schengen countries are: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Sadly, I can not give you any advise regarding the visa application because I m not a Thai passport holder myself. But I have some hints for the travelling in Europe.
To see them all in 2 weeks is just a bit ambitious. eh?
Greece is a stand-alone country that does not share border with any other Schengen country, so overall cost of travel will be higher except you only want to visit Greece and her Mediteranian islands or a quick trip across the border to Istanbul, Turkey (probably you need visa to enter Turkey).
After Greece, it would be easier for you to travel to the italian islands by ferry and then another ferry trip to Barcelona, Spain. In August the weather can be uncomfortably hot (could be more than 40'c in Southern Spain)
After Barcelona , you could travel south to Madrid or even futher south to Corboda or Sevilla. Spain is a cool country with a laid back attitude just like Thailand! But if at this point you have fed up with the dark and handsome southern European guys, head north after Barcelona, cross the Pyrenees to France. Explore France then cross the border to Belgium and the Netherlands to see the northern blonde blue European guys :)
I think that is enough for 2 weeks
