มีมาเสริมอีกนิดหน่อยค่ะ (จขกท. อาจรู้แล้วก็ได้) White wines: - Chardonay : Typically dry style but fruity flavors can make a chardonnay appear sweeter than it really is. - Sauvignon Blanc : Citrus can be prominent in many. Dry as they come with flavors of melon, fig, grapefruit, herbal, grassy. - Pinot Grigio: Very light, dry and refreshing. - Riesling: Very fruity, often sweet.
Red wines: - Pinot Noir: Lighter and fruitier than Merlot and Cab. Perhaps a good suggestion for the beginning red wine drinker. - Merlot: Softer and smoother than Cab. and in fact often used to lend with cabernets to make them softer and more appealing to a broader consumer base. - Cabernet : Very dry, full bodied. Cherry, cassis, chocolate, cedar, spice. The sometimes overt tannins and higher alcohol can make this a pretty big wine. - Zinfandel : Ripe rasberry, black pepper. Bold fruit flavors.
