อันนี้เป็นข่าวใหม่และข่าวดีสำหรับผม แต่เพื่อน ๆ บางคนอาจจะรู้แล้ว ว่าตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 July 2006 เป็นต้นไป มี Skilled Visa แบบใหม่ขึ้นมาสำหรับคนที่มีญาติพี่น้องเป็น PR หรือ Citizenship ที่นี่
อย่างนี้ผมให้พี่น้องมาเรียน 2 ปีที่นี่ แล้วก็จะมีสิทธิ์ขอได้ PR เลย ไม่ใช่แค่ Temporary Visa ด้วย ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือไม่มีการนับแต้มหรือ Point Test!!!

Requirement
- has completed an eligible qualification(s) in Australia as a result of at least two (2) years full-time study in Australia
- is unable to meet the passmark as an Independent migrant
- has an eligible relative living in a designated area of Australia who is willing and able to sponsor them
- has the skills and qualifications that meet the Australian standard for an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) and their nominated occupation is classified as either a 40, 50 or 60 point occupation.
Designated Area mean
- Anywhere in Victoria, South Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania, Aust Capital Territory
- Anywhere in Queensland except Brisbane
- Anywhere in Western Australia except Perth
- Anywhere in NSW except Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong
You must be related to your sponsor as one of the following:
- a non-dependent child including a natural, adoptive or step-child
- a parent
- a brother or sister including adoptive or step-siblings
- a niece or nephew including adoptive or step-niece or nephew
- an aunt or uncle.
- a first cousin
- a grandchild.
