Our hotels does not practise this kind of discrimination. Rates are exactly the same for all our customers, Thai or the others. If you notice by you even this kind of practice, we invite you to send back us an email.

I have some questions about the reservation policy at one of your hotel in Thailnad, specifically Novotel Lotus Sukumvit and Grand Mercure Fortune (Ratchada). > I have heard that the rate for Thais is higher than the foreigns, it this true?
