I did it about a month ago. I think this is because then the officer can see your stuff wothout having to come out from the booth and open your trunk ka.
Do go there early in the morning because they have a lunch time break. In order to drive you car to the cargo zone, You also have to apply for a pass to get into the Cargo zone so have a copy of your passport and a copy of car registation that you use to drive in to the cargo zone too.
When get in the cargo zone, stop at the right building to get the police check stamp before go pick up your stuff ka.
