I am living in Manhattan (Mid-town) and will go back home during summer (May-August). I would like to sublet my place for about 3 months.

It's originally a living room, partitioned with curtain, in one bedroom apartment. Facilities include kitchen, bathroom, and furnished. Price $400 inclusive of utilities. One month deposit is required and will be returned to you when you move out. The space is 4x4 meters and is good for one person only.
