I do my PhD in New Zealand, at The University of Waikato, The School of Management, Management Informations Systems Department, over here at Waikato we have own office, internet connection, printing account, photo copy account, and data based for journales search. To do PhD in New Zealand, The University of Waikato gives you 4 years to complete your thesis, it is aboput 85,000 -100,00 words thesis. You need to conduct at least one research paper, take a research method paper, and A- average for Master Degree. There is no coursework but if you do not have background knowledge or change your field of study. You need to take PG Dip with A- average to get into PhD study. Once you been accepted to do PhD, you have 6 months to complete your full proposal, once your full proposal been accepted, you will switch from conditional enrollment to PhD candidate. From this point of time you are on your way to complete your PhD thesis. Every six months you need to complete your six months report, which covers the details of what have you done during the last six months and what is your plan for the next six months. Once you submit your final draft to university. You need to wait 2-6 months for Viva or defence your thesis. If everything is ok, you may need to do some corrections upon your supervisor standard. You will be called Dr. for the rest of your life. Welcome to New Zealand.
