วันนี้ใจดีเลยจะมาโพสท์เรื่องการเตรียมตัวตอบคำถาม
สัมภาษณ์กรีนการ์ดเคสแต่งงานกะซิติเซ่นหรือถือวีซ่าคู่หมั้นรอสัมภาษณ์ และเอกสารที่ต้องเตรียม จะได้เปนประโยชน์กะคนอื่นบ้าง
เราสัมภาษณ์มาเดือนที่แล้วและผ่านแล้ว แต่ของเราง่ายมาก เค้าไม่ถามไรมากเพราะเราแต่งจริง เรากับสามีหอบเอกสารหลักฐานเข้าไป
สามปึกใหญ่ แล้วเจ้าหน้าที่ก้อใจดี ถือว่าเราดวงดี ก้อผ่านมาได้สบายๆ เลยขอข้ามไปละกันนะ
อันนี้เปนแนวคำถามอัพเดทล่าสุดสำหรับเมษา ปีสองพันเจ็ดนะ
เราขอลงเปนภาษาอังกฤษละกันนะ แล้วก้อขอให้ทุกคนโชคดี
INTERVIEW QUESTION & PREPARATION
1. HOW DID YOUR RELATIONSHIP BEGIN?
- How did you know each other, where did you both meet, when
- When did you engage
- When did you get marry, where
- Why did you decide to get married with her or him
2. AFTER MARRIED
- Where did you and your spouse go for sightseeing, when, how often
- Where did you go for sightseeing together recently, or what did you do together recently or last weekend (Birthday party, dinner, fishing, see movie, concert, ect.) and when
- Did both of you ever meet or visit family of each side before, if yes, when and how often
- On spouse's birthday, how and where did you celebrate, what was the birthday gifts
3. BIOGRAPHIC OF EACH OTHER
- Date of birth, Place of birth, Name of parents, How many sibling in your spouse's family
- Where do your spouse's parents live, what do they do (doing business, retired, deceased)
- Did your spouse ever marry before, when was divorced, any children from previous marriage
- Spouse's occupation, place of work, work phone number
- What is your spouse's car make, model, year and color
- What time is your spouse leave the apartment for work, and what time is return
- How did you go to work, who drive the car, your address and home phone number
- What is the name of cologne that your spouse wear, what time that your spouse wake up
4. DAILY LIFE AT HOME
- Daily life at home in the morning, evening, weekend..what did both of you do
- What did both of you do last weekend (movie, beach, dinner at a restaurant or ect.)
- What did you have for breakfast this morning (on the interview date)
- Look everything inside your bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and around the house, try to remember the look, color ect. including keys to each door
- Remember location and the look or design of all furnitures, audios, photographs, all other personal effects inside the house
- Dinner (on the night before interview)
- What did you have for dinner last night
- What kind of food(American, Thai, Japanese, Chinese ect.)
- What type of food (steak, salad, soup, dishes ect.)
- Who prepare for food
- What is your spouse favorite foods
- What time that you have dinner
- What time that your spouse came home
- Breakfast (on the interview date)
- Similar questions
- Trash
- What day is the truck come to pick up trash
- Who is the one who bring the trash out
5. ABOUT THE BENEFICIARY (ALIEN SPOUSE)
- When did you enter the United States, what port of entry, what type of visa did you enter
- What city or address that you ever live, with whom
- What is the name of University you enrolled, where is the University and what course or degree that you graduated, when did you graduated
- Are you currently employed, where do you work
- Have you ever committed any crime or punishment or arrested in the United States
** READ FORM I-485 PAGE 3 ABOUT CRIME QUESTIONAIR
An INS officer will ask both of you to rise right hand and sworn then start to ask the questions about your relationship from the very beginning until present which including all matters involve with your family and yourself.
Don't get panic or nervous, just answer the question quickly and firmly, don't think too long. If you can not answer that question, just say "sorry, I don't know" or "I don't recall." Most of the time, if that officer satisfied with all the documents, he or she may ask only 5-6 simple questions and will approve your petition.
The temporary greencard stamp will be place on passport. If the officer need more documents, he or she will give you a list of documents and you can bring it to that officer or mail them at a later date or within 120 days.
