I think the country is important. If you stay in a good country with low crime rates and not too cold, you have more energies to
study and are not sick easily.
Airplanes, Climate, and People are the important factors of study
as well. If it is too cold, sometimes you feel headache and that
bored you sleeping in bed.
Actually I think you should ask your friends who have experienced
in each country and try to study like six months.
