work after graduate

As it is known, the new graduates can stay 1 yr after finishing postgrat. How to apply for this kind of visa? I am nearly finishing my MBA. How can I apply to be here for a year? How knows, please give me some info.
What documents do I have to submit?
What percentage can I get the job in a company?
