I am not sure, but I guess it depends on the period of study which tuition fees have been paid to the educational provider. For example: If you remit the fund paying for tuition fees for 50 weeks, then you are likely to get a student visa for valid for stay in Australia for 50-52 weeks. Therefore, you have to pay the tuition fees and get the receipt of confirmation from the language schools that you have paid the tuition fees as an evidence when you do apply for an student visa at the Australian Embassy. http://www.immi.gov.au
