In my opinion, Fordham and Baruch are in the same league. Both are equally good; academic profile of the student is similar; and campuses are easily accessible (All classes at Fordham are conducted at their Lincon Center campus). As for myself, I got accepted to both schools and in the end, opted for Fordham. It was because I felt more comfortable with my classmates at Fordham. Not because one is better than the other.
However, since Fordham is a private school, tuition fee will be more expensive. I am not sure if cost is something that you concern. Anyway, you can work as TA which will help reduce your tuition cost significantly. To get the on-campus job is competitive, but not impossible.
I can't pinpoint on which is better and I am sure most of NYers think the same. Since you will be here for language program, why don't you check out both schools yourself ka. See their facilities, talk to professors... etc.
One thing I want to say is how much you can get from your MBA program is all in your hand. You are the only person who can make your experience worthwhile. For example, if you want to work here after you graduate but do not attend any corporate presentations, network with people, nor send your resumes; it'll be difficult to find a job even you go to Stern or Columbia.
I hope my answer helps na ka. Good luck.
