Look at K. SMG's picture make me think about hot chocolate with Marshmellow on top...yummy!!! (^_^)
I used to expereince the same thing ka but usually because my room get too warm. I am a light sleeper so a little thing can wake me up. Sometimes temperature change in the room might interupt your sleep na ka. I like a little cool when I 'm sleeping (about 70 degree) but my bf like really warm..so it's always a problem!! I also changed my exercise time to either early morning or in the afternoon. It helps me sleep great at night ka.
When you are awake at night, try not to think about anything...make your mind as clear as possible or do meditation (count your breathing), and close your eyes back...I usually slip back to sleep that way. If you start thinking about something on your mind...you will not be able to go back to sleep ka.
Very last resource I use if I really do need a good night sleep...I take 1 tab (25mg) of Benadryl ka. I can't use any sleeping pill because it gives me hangover the next day. Benadryl's an allergy medication but it works like a charm for me ka, but I don't use it often ka.
