I got pull-over twice, both of them were in the state of Wyoming.
The first time was in 2003 in a small town named Lusk on the way back home from South Dakota... Ah, after listening to some of my Thai friends, they told me that almost all of us got pulled over in this town.... Their policemen were really strict. Anyway, for this time, I got only a warning ticket, didn't have to pay any fine.
The latter one was recently in this summer on I-25, again during the way home from South Dakota. We almost crossed the state line between Wyoming and Colorado, just 5-6 miles away to reach Colorado. This time, I wasn't that lucky. I got a ticket and got to pay a 100-dollars fine.
So if you would like to travel in and out of Wyoming, you should be a bit careful with your speed though.... Their police takes this issue pretty seriously. :)
