I asked my husband, he said if it happened to be in Osaka, in a way Osaka ppl regard `hage` as a foul language. Though it litterally means `baldness`, it seems Osaka ppl use this word to degrade ppl.
They use it to scold or make fool of someone who isn`t really bald at all. Osaka ppl use `hage` at the same time they use `boke` and `aho`.
But we should know they use `hage, aho, boke` to us in 2 different ways - they just to make fun of us as a friend or they really get angry with us. (some Osaka ppl are really short-tempered.)
