An english teacher was my best interest since I was young so I dicided to take___(your faculty)______ from ______ University, Thailand. During the school time, I worked as an one-on-one and a part time teacher at two language schools where I found myself to be falling in love with teaching people. However, it was not until ___(year you graduated)___that I had an opportunity to apply for a position in Training Specialist at _______. This new challenging position made me able to combine my desire and will to teach more and more people and that was the first place where I was introduced to human resources development field.
As a training specialist at ________, I could face a lot of experiences that challenged many skills including communicating with people from different backgrounds, facilitating and designing training courses and _____(one more task that you did)____. Needless to say, my teaching skill had been significantly improved since then. Moreover, I had learned and shared a lot of experiences with my trainees as well as my colleagues. One course that I set up and then became the key of my passion was called _________. I designed it with the training team from _________. The course was considered as the four pillars of Lean Supply Chain concept. After _____(number of months you got brainstorming)____months of brainstorming, gathering training needed and getting the key concepts to make ____(the name of the course you set up)_____ to be the most useful for all trainees, we came up with a brilliant workshop rolled down to all South East Asia staffs. I had also joined the team as a trainer during the training workshops in Bangkok. After the workshops, I realized that even the most interesting instructional course could not get all trainees' attention to enjoy in-class participation. One reason that we found out was that we did not use the right techniques to persuade the trainees to be a part of the training program. I believed that the more fun trainees could have, the more knowledge they could gain. Therefore, the feedback from the workshops convinces me to find other sources of learning to be a fine instructional designer and expert in training. However, experience itself is not enough. I think it is the right time to extend my future career to learn the right things from the right school.
From these reasons, I believe that the graduate study program in HRD at ___________ would provide me an opportunity to enhance my professional talent. The courses such as the Instructional Design and the Learning Technology are my particular interest and these courses would help me to refine the knowledges and skills in my interested areas. To take the master program in HRD is to bring out the best in me and guide my future career to become a professionally instructional designer and trainer. Furthermore, many local and multicultural organizations in Thailand still require many human resources development experts to excel their employees potential. Therefore I would love to be one of those key people creating practical ideals and enjoyable instructions for great development that makes a huge difference for Thai organizations.
