ความคิดเห็นที่ 4 There are the reasons why you want to refinance is that because you want to get a better deal( better interest rate), you want to take the money out of the equity for another investment, or you don't like the bank you are currently have the mortgage with. for those reasons so you want to refinance. To be able to refinance, you will have to have the equity on your mortgage. For instance, you have a house value( the market value) at $500,000 and you are owing $250,000 then you want to refinance to take the money out for your new business or for the deposit for the next investment property or whatever reason. In this case you will be able to refinance very easily as you have so much equity on your mortgage. The bank will have no risk to lend you more money as they will have the house as a security. The LVR( loan valuation ratio) is 50% so the bank will be able to lend you some more money if you don't make repayment then the bank will put the house on the market and sell it and they still don't loose anything. Another case, if you have a house value at $500,000 at you are owing 450,000 .
