Here is the past issue. It happened last year 2007 around April. I went to WingZone at the same store and it was my first time meeting this man at the cashier. I ordered 15 wings to go as my favorite and went back home. During dinner, I tasted 3-4 Spicy BBQ wings and found out that some parts of the meat inside was still uncooked. The meat was still in red color and I could see the blood trail between chicken bones and the red meat. Speaking frankly, it was not a big deal for me at all. I understood that your chicken might have been frozen before going deep fried and it was so hard to cook every part evenly. I could have put those red meat chickens to the microwave oven and made it cook to the state I can eat. However, just for my good intention, I wanted to give the store a feedback so that they could be more cautious and prepare better Buffalo wings next time. So I called back to the same cashier and told him the meat was not fully cooked. Instead of giving good respond back, he said he did not understand what I said. He told me he did not believe me as the store had been opened for many years and never got complained about the uncooked meet. I still remembered he said you told me lie. It never happens. Indeed, It would be over easily if he just says I will be more cautious next time. Unfortunately, judging from the harsh voice tone and the language he spoke to me, it was so offensive. Speaking frankly, I was so frustrated and felt very upset with this small issue which was not supposed to be a big deal after all. I told him I would go back to the store to show him. He dared me to come and I did not even know how he could say to the customer like this. Then, when I got to the store, this man was so frustrated at me. He did not even look at the red meat I showed him. Instead, he blamed me that it was all my fault. He said if I dont like the meat like this, I must tell him to cook longer than normal. I was so surprised because I had used to order spicy BBQ wings like 10-20 times before for a year and had never got any uncooked meat or had to say any special cooking time at all. This was really nonsense. I was totally upset with the way he treated me so offensive, judging from the spoken language and the tone. I said I did not want to eat anymore and asked for money refund. Instead of speaking to me politely as the way normal seller should do to the normal buyer, he said something I could not even believe he would say. I still remember what he said even nowadays. He said NO, Im not gonna refund you anything any cent. All I can do is to cook these wings to well done if you want it or not but no refund. Do you think I still feel appetite to eat the food from the man who was so rude and spoke to me like low-educated people like this? All I could say was NO. I did not want to eat anything and just throw them in the garbage. I said I would not come back again and I still remembered he said fine, I dont care.
That wan an issue in the past and I feel now regret not to write any complain to WingZone Headquarter after all. Do you understand how I felt to be humiliated like this? Why should I feel no appetite after meeting him again this year on Sunday yesterday? I explained this past issue to my girlfriend later on during she waited for her To-go order. She was so angry with this and I was too. Indeed, we came here to this store last Friday, May 2nd, as we hoped this man was already left the company and we should give your company for a second chance. I liked your chicken wings and that past incident was just because of bad people employed in the company, not the business itself. When we went to the Seattle store on last Friday, we met Hispanic lady working at the cashier and we were happy coming back home with the wing. We hoped the service would be back to normal as it was supposed to be. That was the reason I went to the store again on Sunday yesterday in hope of getting my favorite buffalo wings. Unfortunately, my guess of that man leaving the company was completely wrong. Meeting this man on yesterday again, it was like hurting my old wound. My girlfriend and I were so upset with the past issue. How can we eat the wings? My girlfriend already paid for the order but we did not want to eat it anymore. Eventually, I decided to go back to the store and I met another man wearing glasses and working in the kitchen. He came to give me the food my girlfriends order. I said to him nicely and softly that I was thank you for cooking me the food but I could not eat it anymore and asked him I would be appreciated if he can throw it away for me to the garbage. I walked out of the store calmly and it was supposed to be over. Unfortunately, the Latin American cashier came out to me aggressively from nowhere with big frustration. He was yelling at him with a lot of bad words. He yelled You are a trash to me like 5-6 times during the time I walked on the street sidewalk out of the store. I had to accept I was so angry to get the word from the low life people like this. He insulted me and gave me a lot of F _ c k words. He insulted me that I came to his facility for harassment. I told him I came to this store because I though I would never see him again here. I left and asked another man to throw the food away because I could not make up my mind to eat it anymore. At the end, this Hispanic Latin American spited his saliva over me. My girlfriend and I were so very stunned by this bad incident. What was going? Was he out of his mind? How can your company still hire such a bad person like this? He can complaint me to make trouble but he is totally not supposed to act such bad-low manner like this to the person who is called customer. I am questioning that Spitting, insulting, threatening, and using low life and low educated language are the way WingZone training the staff in Seattle Store? Speaking of which, I have never met any person who is so low like this through all my life. He could be mad when I asked another staff to throw the food to the garbage, but it was unconditionally inappropriate to act such very offensive like this to the customer. I am very frustrated, humiliated, and so disappointed to be treated like this. I will never come back to WingZone anymore anywhere.
I do not know how your company values your business but I do believe the value in business image is the most important matter for business growing franchise. As receiving such a poor service, I make a commitment to myself that I will write down all negative opinions about the service I poorly received to all consumer reviews both online and offline media unless I receive an official apologize from WingZone. I do believe it will at least have a negative affect on your business image in the long run.
