Sorry...I cannot type in Thai but wanna share some direct experiences with khun khun mae-baan's.
To find a GOOD job in foreign countries that matches with your education/experiences background, you need:
1. Relavant work experiences in that field (no matter from Thai or international companies)
2. If not yet fluent in local language of that country, at the miminum your English must be very good (speaking with Thai accent is not a problem but just speak it fluently!). In such case, you should focus your job search on international companies. If your English is not yet at the level, remember "Practice makes perfect" - practice, practice and practice!
3. Master the subjects related to your work field. If needed, read books or follow some courses or pursue exams to gain some professional certifications. There are hundreads of people out there wanting the same job as you (and most of them are local people), you need to differentiate yourself from other candidates by showing firmed knowledge base in your career field.
4. Good CV - this is a key to get your 1st interview with a company!
5. Self confidence!!
I live in a country in Europe where French & Dutch (and some German) are national languages. I graduated in Thailand with Bachelor's degree but never have any difficulty to find a good job here with my Thai degree. I already changed company a few times and each time it goes better and better. In fact the recruiters look first at your relevant work experiences to the job position you apply.
Work hard, don't give up, and success will be yours! Nothing is impossible even for little Thai girls like us!
